I was responsible for the full design and artwork of a vibrant range of wrappers and shelf-ready packaging (SRP) boxes for this product line.
In 2023, the company was honored with the Gloucestershire Foodie Start-Up of the Year award, recognizing its innovative approach to elderly nutrition
The company remains committed to its mission of providing nutritious, easy-to-eat snacks for older adults, helping them maintain better health and quality of life
The client provided an existing logo, which I used as a foundation to develop a unique visual concept for each flavour, ensuring clear differentiation while maintaining a cohesive brand look. To enhance the packaging appeal and add a distinctive, hand-crafted touch, I commissioned a professional illustrator to create bespoke food illustrations tailored to each variant. Following the successful product launch, the company received industry recognition, winning a packaging award, and subsequently applied for investment on Dragons’ Den, marking a significant milestone in their business growth.

Shelf ready packaging
As part of the Grandbar snack range launch, I designed and developed the shelf-ready packaging (SRPs) to ensure a strong on-shelf presence and seamless functionality in retail environments. Working closely with both the client and the printer, I created structural and artwork solutions that aligned with the wrapper designs while meeting technical requirements for print, cutter guides, and assembly. Each box was tailored to securely hold the product, allow easy opening, and maintain visual impact when stacked or displayed. Through collaborative proofing, mockups, and production sampling, we refined the SRPs to balance durability, print quality, and cost efficiency, delivering a result that was both practical and visually cohesive with the overall brand.
